Where is the bag number?

On the PickPack bag you've received, there's a barcode. The series of numbers that accompanies it corresponds to the bag number, which you should enter in the field provided.

What should I do if I can't find the partner in the drop-down list?

This simply means that this partner does not yet participate in the PickPack reward program.

What do I do with the padding, wrapping paper or other items I received with my order?

You can keep it all! Just return the PickPack bag. Thank you for your time!
